What's a good gift for your DCP? I have no idea! This is our first year with our sitter, and we want her to know how much we appreciate her. I was thinking a homemade ornament from our son, but I'd like to add something with that too. Thoughts?

Hmmmm.....GC's to scholars choice, chapters, the spa. All great choices. Does she have a hobby you've heard about? The parents at my centre always seem to go for coffee GC's (which we all LOVE), LCBO GC's, bath product baskets. Everything for relaxation.
I would avoid things like candles, odd candy dishes or something that you know someone would either toss or regift..i've had lots of odd things but my favs were gift certificates...my favorite was a night out for the movies!
Oh a night out would be great. I remembered another gift we received one year. a donation was made in the daycare's name to provide warm clothes to under privileged children. It really meant a lot to us. We also had donations made in each of our names to the OSPCA one year.
