peanut free snacks

I guess these are not recipes per se, but we often allow parents to bring in snacks (for special events etc., however they have to be individually packaged peanut free snacks. The old Timbit standby is no longer acceptable.

Let's start a list of our favourites:

For halloween the Nestle stuff is all clearly labeled peanut free. Kit kats, coffee crisp, smarties, aero etc. I love to stock up on the mini bars the day after Halloween, half price and they freeze really well!

Rice Krispie treats. Lots of new flavours now too.

Here's some more peanut free snacks:

~ individual applesauce cups (ok not the best treat for some but lots of flavours)
~ Jello Pudding Cups
~ Fruit Roll Ups (although not individually packaged if your like Andrea's daycare and they must have it that way)
~ Animal Crackers (can get small individual bags)
~ String Cheese ( I LOVE these as does my little guy...so fun!)
~ Nutrigrain Bars
~ Pop Tarts Apple, strawberry, blueberry (i'm told are)

Fruit roll ups come in individual serving packages, don't they? I second the string cheese. I Love those!

Oh ya, I think they do...I haven't had a fruit roll up in years...I won't say how many or it will sooo age me

yes they do.
