Pierogi Ham Casserole

Haven't tried this but I'm sure it would be something my son would eat and sounds yummy IMO.

1kg bag frozen cheese pierogi
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
2 cups cooked cubed ham
2 cups grated cheese

Cook pierogi in boiling water in large pot for about 5 minutes until tender. Transfer to well greased 9x13 baking dish. Combine soup and 3/4 cup water in small bowl and pour over pierogi. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and ham, then bake uncovered for 12 - 15 minutes.

I bet the daycare kids would eat it. Ham and cheese = a winner in their eyes!

hmmmm I love perrogies, but never did them with cheese.
