At our centre it's pretty much a condition of employment to dress up. I am so excited. We go all out and it's a super fun day from start to finish.

I went as an Angel, my coworker as a Clown....our boss as "I just rolled out of bed", lol. Our afterschool worker as a Fairy Princess. Our ABA worker didn't dress up - BOO on her!
Yes I did I love getting dress-up. I went as a spider lady/witch, but a nice looking one the only one in school that wasn't dress up was the cafeteria lady and the janitor.
We had a construction worker, a cat, a pumpkin, a cabbage patch kid, a pirate and a devil. The devil was mistaken as a red cat by most of our kids though.
