-Have them plant letters......depends on their abilities but you could help them plant the seeds in the shape of letters, so they grow to look like letters, kwim?
-Trace letter in the dirt.
-Do a leaf matching game. Have a tree, with leaves cutout - they have to match the leaves with the same letters on them.
-See if you can come up with a plant alphabet - a plant that begins with each letter.
